Specialising in Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy and Acupressure techniques, Jennie works towards uncovering the root cause of symptoms, regulating the nervous system and releasing imbalances from the mind and body. Jennie is a registered practitioner with the Australian Kinesiology Association and works with children, teenagers and adults.

Kinesiology uses Muscle monitoring to identify stress in the mind and body.

How can Kinesiology help?

Kinesiology is a gentle, safe and holistic therapy that tunes in specifically with your body to re-activate it's natural healing abilities. Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to gain neurological feedback from your body, to detect and diffuse stressors that may be contributing to your ill-health or state of disease. Kinesiology works effectively with a wide range of symptoms including physical pain, stress, mental health and wellbeing, sleep, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems and behavioural difficulties.
